Research collaboration and thesis supervision with Zoom In-Person
This session will overview the basic functionality of the video conferencing software Zoom, and ways it can be used to facilitate research collaboration and the supervision of thesis students. It will cover options for configuring and scheduling meetings, understanding the in-meeting controls (including screen sharing, using the built-in whiteboard, recording and chat), and other ways the software can stand in for face-to-face meetings.
