Leading other people for the first time can be one of the most challenging transitions in your career. You’ll have some great skills already, but as you move into roles where you lead people, the capabilities that will make you successful will be quite different. This workshop will focus on the capabilities needed as a leader, the different types of conversations you will have and tips on how to weave a group of people together.
Please fill out the survey, to check which topics are the most relevant for you - so that we can make the most of our time together in the workshop. https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScP9rlFooSzuJ33Ixxqw-omlvzt_ul4A2KwiGn0llT7HY05CA/viewform?usp=pp_url
