Assessment in Blackboard – Tests, quizzes and question pools In-Person
In this session we would cover the various aspects of Blackboard’s native Test tool. How Tests can be used both as a Formative and Summative form of assessment to assist students in their learning while keeping them engaged.
The session will also cover examples of where Blackboard tests are being used in the University across study levels 100-500.
What will you learn:
- Creating a Test (Including Pool Creation & Copying Test and Pools)
- Test Settings
- Deploying the Test to make it available to Students
- Release of Test answers
- Student View (Grades and Feedback)
What to do after the webinar to apply the skills learnt:
- Create a Practice Test with different question types
- Check if it matches the types of questions you need for your Quiz/Test
- Deploy Practice Test for students to take
- Check student test script
- Get feedback and incorporate any necessary change for actual Quiz/Test
