In this session, we will discover how shifting online might have led to digital anxiety or even digital fatigue. We will then explore different tips and mechanisms in order to sustain digital wellness, especially during this global strange time.

- Ways to overcome the possible challenges when ‘shifting online’ is unavoidable

What to do after the webinar in order to apply the skills learnt:
