KJ Hall Overnight Guest In-Person
You will need to fill out the information for each night the guest is staying. Please complete the request at least 48 hours in advance to ensure there's time for it to be approved.
- If your guest is over 18 and is staying 1 or 2 nights, it will be automatically approved.
- If your guest is under 18, or you're requesting for more than 2 nights, please make sure you talk to Abby or Roger in the office as soon as possible - we will need a bit more information from you before we can approve the stay.
When your guest arrives, you will need to come to the office to sign them in and collect a wristband.

By completing this form, you are agreeing that:
- You are responsible for your guest during their stay at the hall. If they do not abide by hall rules, they may be asked to leave by hall staff.
- You will stay with your guest while they’re at the hall, and will not give out your room key or access card.
