Workshop: Developing Roles and Capabilities for Admin Staff in Nuku Online
As the university shifts to Nuku, our brand new virtual campus and online learning environment, we need to define the roles, responsibilities and capabilities required of administrative staff from across the university who support learning and teaching through the new platform.
This workshop will help CAD define the types support offered by our administrative staff, and plan the professional development plan and pathway for professional staff on Nuku (including Canvas, VStream, TurnItIn, Qualtrics, Talis etc)
To do this we need to know:
- What do you do currently in Blackboard in your admin role?
- What areas of support have you started to perform that are not part of your role?
- What areas of support are you interested in, or you see becoming part of your role, in the future?
This workshop will help develop the full professional development and training plan for admin staff which will start being delivered in September.
