Nuku - Service and Support Design Workshop In-Person / Online
This workshop will help the Learning Platform project develop and design ongoing support roles, responsibilities and processes for Nuku, our digital learning environment.
From this workshop, we would like to understand:
- What support will our teachers and support staff need once Nuku becomes business as usual for learning and teaching?
- What processes and tasks will our support staff need to perform to ensure Nuku is supported in the future?
- Who will provide support, and what knowledge do they require?
The outputs from this workshop will enble the design of the operating model for Nuku and our wider digital learning and teaching environment.
