She works with students, graduates and alumni (from undergraduate to PhD) providing one-on-one career advice and counselling via appointments and the Careers Help Desk. She also runs workshops and seminars on a range of career topics such as CV writing, job applications, job search, psychometric assessment, interview preparation, networking, and the future of work
