Policy Commons Trial Training

Policy Commons is a searchable index of policy documents and guidelines, think tanks, IGOs and NGOs publications and working papers from over 30,000 organisations. The Library is currently trialling the database for finding grey literature and policy research.

Trial training will be led by Yoomna Rahim, Product Engagement Manager, and Heather Dray, Outreach and Engagement Director. By the end of our 45-minute training session, attendees will have a greater understanding of:

  •  The content within Policy Commons. We’ll explore the vast collection of grey literature and policy research available and understand its parameters.
  • Search tips. We’ll show you how to optimize your search experience on the Commons platform; we’ll make it quick and easy to find the specific materials you need for your research or teaching.
  • Research tools. You’ll discover powerful community tools offered by Policy Commons, such as customized lists, alert notifications, tabular extraction, and the option to follow specific content.

We request all attendees to RSVP to the session. Thank you for your time!
